Ariel Urban joined Raymond James in 2021 as a client service associate. With more than a decade of client management experience, she focuses on strong relationships and excellent service. Organized and efficient, Ariel supports advisors with daily account operations and client requests. On the online team, she helps collect investor trading data, distribute strategy updates and provide relevant operational guidance for different investor circumstances.

Chief Investment Officer, Private Client Group
Larry Adam joined Raymond James in 2018 as Chief Investment Officer for the Private Client Group. Previously, he was a managing director at Deutsche Bank Private Wealth Management and served as both Chief Investment Officer for the Americas and Global Chief Investment Strategist. He has appeared on CNBC and Bloomberg and has been cited by publications including The Wall Street Journal and Barron’s.

Yaakov Ringler
Wealth and Portfolio Manager
Yaakov Ringler's practice covers a wide range of distinguished clients, including entrepreneurs, executives and ultra-high-net-worth families, whom he counsels on managing complex financial situations. While his client base is broad, he is particularly focused on helping technology entrepreneurs achieve their financial goals. By constructing and implementing personalized investment strategies for his clients (which may include alternative investment portfolios), he helps them develop comprehensive strategies to achieve their financial goals. He is proactive and responsive, able to provide practical, effective advice — a result of his unique background and perspective. He grew up in Israel and the United States, served as an investment banker at Goldman Sachs, and served in the elite military intelligence Unit 8200 of the Israel Defense Forces. Previously, he held several positions at Goldman Sachs, ultimately rising to Vice President, while also serving as Chief Operating Officer of the firm's Israel investment banking operations.
